Peanut Butter Fudge
Ingredients:
sugars, granulated
butter, without salt
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
salt, table
candies, marshmallows
peanut butter, smooth style, without salt
Directions:
Combine first four ingredients in heavy pot and bring to a boil over medium heat stirring constantly.
Stir for 9 minutes on a low boil and scrape sides of pot frequently.
Remove from heat, dip bottom of pot in cold water for a few seconds then add peanut butter and marshmallow creme.
Stir until marshmallow is incorporated and fudge is consistent color.
Pour into 8x8 foiled, buttered pan.
Cool before cutting.
