Ingredients
2 cups of new coconut, shredded
10 dry crimson chillies
1 sprig curry leaves
A heavy pinch of hing (asoefetida)
1/2 tsp methi(fenugreek) seeds
2 tsp udad dhal
2 tsp c hanna dhal
1 very little tomato
Salt to taste

Strategy
Heat some oil and add the dhals, curry leaves, hing, methi and pink chillies. Fry until performed.
Add this to the coconut and tomato and combine into a delicate paste.
Add salt to taste.
Goes very well with dosas, idli and simple rice.
