Mango Lassi

Ingredients:
mango nectar, canned
yogurt, greek, plain, nonfat
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
cream, whipped, cream topping, pressurized
sugars, powdered
spices, cardamom

Directions:
1.
Combine all the ingredients in a mixer.
Put the lid on and blend until it is smooth and frothy.
2.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Or keep it in the refrigerator and serve chilled.
