Autumn Salad with Pears and Gorgonzola

For the dressing: 2 tbsp pink Wine vinegar 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard 1 tsp honey 1/4 tsp salt Fresh ground pepper 3 tbsp olive oil For the salad: 2 minor ripe pears, peeled and diced 1/4 cup (2 oz) gorgonzola cheese, crum...

For the dressing:

2 tbsp pink Wine vinegar
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp honey
1/4 tsp salt
Fresh ground pepper
3 tbsp olive oil

For the salad:

2 minor ripe pears, peeled and diced
1/4 cup (2 oz) gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
8 oz put together child vegetables (little one spinach, arugula, radicchio, and many others.)
1 oz (over 20 halves) pecans

Directions:
For the dressing: in a large bowl, mix vinegar, mustard, honey, salt and pepper. Whisk inside olive oil and add.
In a salad bowl mix little one vegetables, pears, gorgonzola cheese and pecans. The moment you are geared up to serve, add the vinaigrette and throw effectively. serve routinely.
